Want to return your purchase? We do all returns for Online Store Credit, Refunds and Exchanges.

All returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. 

​

All clothes must be in good condition, unworn, scent and smoke free, unaltered, unwashed, with tags still attached and non defective.

If your purchase is defective upon arrival please contact ella@ellabfashionandco.com within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

How to do a return:

1. Send us an email below saying you would like to return your purchase and why.

​

2. Once we receive your email we will email you a return label within 24 hours.

​

3. Once you receive your return label via email print it out and attach it to the original packaging or new packing and post it back to use.

​

4. Once we receive your return package we will issue you a credit note.
